They need a HR Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for organizational payroll, compensation and HRIS processing and be able to assist the HR team with general tasks including benefit administration, COBRA, unemployment, employment verification and audit requests. The ideal HR Payroll Specialist candidate will appreciate a comprehensive benefits package including a flexible spending program, 401(k), paid holidays, a free checking and savings account and much more.
Additional requirements for this HR Payroll Specialist role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business, or equivalent experience in a similar role
- 2+ years’ experience working with payroll in a 150+ employee organization
- Paycor payroll system experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Must currently work for a Bank or Credit Union
- Mortgage candidates will not be considered for this position
