The ideal candidate for this BSA/ Compliance Analyst position:

• 2+ years’ experience working in A BSA/ AML role within a financial institution
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field, or relevant experience
• Must be well organized with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Working knowledge of banking laws and regulations
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and computer skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Must currently work for a Bank or Credit Union
• Mortgage candidates will not be considered for this position
