Additional requirements for Chief Operating Officer:

• 5-10 years of banking experience in a senior operational position leading and directly managing high-performing teams
• Global, commercial and correspondent experience is a strong plus
• Leads and manages key functions across the organization
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Jack Henry
• Produces annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Serves on bank committees
• Assures compliance with all bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations
• Must currently work for a Bank or Credit Union
• Mortgage candidates will not be considered for this position
