This opportunity in Round Rock, TX is for a Chief Operations Officer with community bank experience!

Additional requirements for Chief Operations Officer:
- Proven track record of overseeing the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting and oversight of Operations areas, IT/ Cybersecurity and Compliance functions
- Hands-on skills managing daily operations of the bank, including Branch Operations, Deposit Operations, IT, Cybersecurity, Product Development and Product Management, Compliance, Facilities and Vendor Management
- Strong working knowledge of IT/ Network Infrastructure/ Cyber Security area
- BS/ BA in Business or relevant field; MBA is a plus
- Must currently work for a Bank or Credit Union
- Mortgage candidates will not be considered for this position
