What an ideal candidate would bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and Business
• 3+ years’ experience in a credit analyst role
• Experience with both CRE and C&I loans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Formal credit and cash flow training is a large plus
