Requirements for Commercial Lender:

• Community banking experience a must
• 5+ years’ commercial lender experience
• Generalist background – CRE, C&I and SBA
• Must have solid credit skills and the ability to take a loan from start to finish
• Proven relationship skills with the ability to bring over the full relationship
• Open to Junior Level Lenders/Portfolio Managers that wants to grow or Senior Level Lenders that could bring over business
• Must be in McAllen or have connection to this market, wanting to return
