Requirements for Commercial Lender:

• 3+ years’ lending experience, producing $8M to $10M+ annually
• Loan sweet spot in the $200k to $2M range with real estate secured, small business, investment, and consumer and portfolio mortgage
• Community connections throughout the Hill Country and San Antonio markets
