Required skillset for Commercial Lender/Relationship Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
- 5-10 directly related years of experience
- Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff and management
- Possess a high level of analytical ability to determine loan feasibility
- Knowledge of commercial loan concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations and bank P&P +and other bank products/services
- Ability to work and make decisions independently with effective verbal and written communication skills
