At $3B in asset size, this credit union is in high growth mode for the next 12-18 months and needs a Compliance Manager who resides in or is willing to relocate to the Dallas area!  The ideal candidate for this role will serve as the secondary back up to the BSA Officer, and will directly manage Compliance/ BSA staff.  Please read on to see what this organization has to offer!

Additional requirements for Compliance Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4-6 years of related experience in a financial institution
• Prior management/ leadership experience
• Compliance certification preferred, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
• Analyze new and pending laws which could potentially affect current practices
• Communicate regulatory developments and changes to applicable departments within the organization
• Assist in updating policies and procedures
• Monitoring operational compliance
