Additional requirements for Credit Underwriting Manager:

• Must have formal credit training
• Ability to oversee and mentor a team of commercial underwriters
• Manage daily operations and the underwriting process for the bank
• Hands-on experience underwriting CRE, C&I, SBA and construction loans
• Ability to provide credit decisions and recommendations for complex loans
• Review and update processes and procedures regarding risk management application, etc.
• This position is in Dallas, TX
• Must currently work for a Bank or Credit Union
