What an ideal candidate would bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of Estimator experience; 7+ years’ experience for Sr. Estimator
• Ground-up, new vertical project experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• B.S. in a construction-related field preferred
• Tilt wall or big box experience is a strong plus
