Requirements for Estimator:

• BS in Construction Management or related field
• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
• Proficient with Foundations, Bluebeam, PlanSwift and other industry standard software knowledge is preferred
• Experience with Conceptual, Negotiated and Hard Bid Estimating
• Estimating project experience should include ground-up and renovations in various industries like Assisted Living, Retail, Education, Healthcare and Industrial projects
