Additional Requirements for Estimator:

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience in an Estimator role
• Ground-up and renovation project experience in Assisted Living, Retail, Education, Healthcare and Industrial
• BS in Construction Management or related field
• Proficiency with Foundations, Bluebeam, PlanSwift and other industry software applications is preferred
• Must have Conceptual, Negotiated and Hard Bid Estimating experience
