What an ideal Estimator candidate can bring to the table:
- 5-7 years of experience in ground-up and large tenant improvement commercial projects
- Ability to perform detailed take-offs, compile conceptual estimates, and maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors and clients
- A degree in a related field is strongly preferred
- Strong work history and proven ability to collaborate closely with clients, architects, and Owner’s representatives are keys assets.
