Requirements for Loan Documentation Specialist:
- 2+ years’ experience in loan operations preferred
- Mortgage, FNMA, USDA, Commercial, and Consumer Loans documentation preferred
- Fiserve Premiere, Encompass, LaserPro, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software application experience preferred
- Ability and desire to take initiative in process improvement
