This role manages and directs the daily activities of the mortgage operations department.
The Mortgage Operations Manager will:
- Oversee all lending functions, which could include funding, sales, processing, and closing.
- Monitor the overall performance of the operations department, including budgetary and productivity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, in addition to efficiently delivering products/services to clients.
- Be extensively knowledgeable of mortgage department processes
- Have 5 years of experience as an individual contributor, with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience, preferred.
