Do you have extensive mortgage lending experience in the Texas market?  This credit union is in high growth mode for the next 12-18 months and needs a Mortgage Operations Manager who resides in or is willing to relocate to the Dallas area!  An ideal candidate for this role will ensure an overall effective real estate lending program which includes underwriting and processing functions.

Additional requirements for Mortgage Operations Manager:

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role to include performance management, employee relations and development
• Working knowledge of Texas Home equity products and services
• Familiar with HMDA reporting, SLA/Cycle-Time, Concentration levels, Credit Risk analysis, 1st Mortgage portfolio criteria analysis and Loan Quality and Risk reviews
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
