Well-versed in CM/GC, design-build and lump sum projects in both the public and private sectors, this organization has a strong backlog of work and continues to develop other market sectors while providing a quality environment for their employees to thrive personally and professionally. Additional requirements for this Operation Manager role:
- 10+ years’ industry and management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering , construction management or an industry related field
- Proven leadership in a supervisory role
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in industry software
- Excellent time management, communication and organization
- Proven ability to successfully make presentations
