Additional requirements for Project Engineer:

• Minimum of 5 years’ construction experience on large commercial projects like auto dealerships, grocery stores and similar projects
• 4 year degree is STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Solid with RFI’s, submittals and change orders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent relationship building abilities
• Must have strong, verifiable industry references and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen
