• 5+ years’ construction management experience on at least 3 projects in the $10M range
• Must be able to interact with the client all the way down to the trades
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent
• Proficient in industry standard software
• Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques
• Federal project experience required
