Requirements for Project Manager:

• 5+ years’ commercial construction experience
• Proven track record in managing commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million
• High School Diploma or higher education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Clear understanding of documentation and processes involving owners, architects, ad contractors
• Computer literacy, with a preference for experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction related fields.
