Requirements for Traveling Superintendent:

• 2+ years of Commercial Retail Superintendent experience
• Carpentry/ Concrete background is a plus
• Ability to make decisions independently
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Tech savvy with knowledge of Procore software
• Ability to work with and run teams on tight schedules
