Requirements for Project Manager:

• BS in Construction Management or related experience
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Experience with Schools and PEMB a plus
• Understanding of construction means, techniques and methods
• Effective scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiations, team building and organizational skills
• Estimating experience is a plus
