• 5+ years of construction experience in a Project Manger role
• Ground-up, demo and renovation on USACE, federal, state and municipal project experience
• Good client relationship skills
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, RS Means, P6 and CQM knowledge
• BS in Construction Management or related field
