- 5+ years of construction experience in a Project Manger role
- Ground-up, demo and renovation on USACE, federal, state and municipal project experience
- Good client relationship skills
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, RS Means, P6 and CQM knowledge
- BS in Construction Management or related field
