The ideal candidate must be well versed in budgets, estimating, schedules, financials, etc. and have plenty of ground-up, TI and Remodel experience.
Requirements for Project Manager:
- 5+ years of commercial Project Management experience
- Ability to take project from inception to closeout
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships with clients and staff
- Must have a team oriented leadership style
