The ideal candidate must be well versed in budgets, estimating, schedules, financials, etc. and have plenty of ground-up, TI and Remodel experience.

Requirements for Project Manager:

• 5+ years of commercial Project Management experience
• Ability to take project from inception to closeout
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships with clients and staff
• Must have a team oriented leadership style
