What an ideal Project Manager candidate can bring to the table:
- Experience on multiple ground-up self-storage facilities with a GC required
- 4-year degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role, with 2+ of those years on ground-up projects
- Proficiency in Procore and other industry standard software
- Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screen
