What an ideal candidate would bring to the table:

• 4 year degree
• 10 years’ experience overall; 5 years as a Project Manager
• Ground-up, multifamily experience on large commercial, private projects, $30M and up
• Multifamily experience is a plus
• Ability to pass a full background check and drug screen
