Additional requirements for Project Manager:

• In-field commercial construction knowledge in a PM role
• Must be able to fully estimate entire project with self-perform experience
• BS in Construction Management or related degree is preferred but not required
• OSHA 30 Certified
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project
