They work on everything from tenant improvement to ground-up construction in both the private and public sectors. The ideal Project Manager candidate will value a relaxed office setting, the autonomy to work on projects, a collaborative team and much more.
Additional requirements for Project Manager:
- Must be able to estimate each of your own projects
- Effective skills in subcontractor buyouts, budgeting and scheduling
- Commercial construction experience in the tenant improvement, build-out market
- Some ground-up experience but not in excess of $10M in size
