Additional requirements for Project Manager:

• Must be able to estimate each of your own projects
• Effective skills in subcontractor buyouts, budgeting and scheduling
• Commercial construction experience in the tenant improvement, build-out market
• Some ground-up experience but not in excess of $10M in size
