Description
Offering construction expertise throughout the Western U.S., a rock solid GC has an immediate need for a Project Manager at their location just outside of the Seattle area. The Project Manager will be responsible for the oversight and successful on-time completion of multiple projects while ensuring standards are maintained and costs are kept within budget.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial projects with an emphasis in mixed use, office, and/or municipality
- Bachelor's degree or certifications such as OSHA and LEED, a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required; Microsoft Project and Sage 300 (Timberline), a plus
- Skilled in estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, and understanding project cost reports
