The ideal Project Manager candidate possesses:

• 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial ground-up or tenant improvement projects
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
• Proficiency in estimating, budget management, and building master schedules
• OSHA 10 certification or higher, with a strong focus on safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maintain construction schedules
• Experience managing subcontractors with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore software
• Exceptional leadership skills, fostering open and honest communication, with all stakeholders
