The ideal Project Manager candidate possesses:
- 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial ground-up or tenant improvement projects
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
- Proficiency in estimating, budget management, and building master schedules
- OSHA 10 certification or higher, with a strong focus on safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maintain construction schedules
- Experience managing subcontractors with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery
- Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore software
- Exceptional leadership skills, fostering open and honest communication, with all stakeholders
