Requirements for Estimator:

• 5+ years experience with a leading commercial general contractor
• Expertise in public and private project estimates, job order contracting, and construction manager at risk & design-build pre-construction services
• Proven ability to prepare comprehensive bid packages, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely submission of estimates
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple estimates, calendars, strategic goals, and quarterly conversations
• Relationship-driven professional adept at developing and maintaining subcontractor and supplier relationships across various scopes, project sizes, markets, and regions
• Articulate and empathic communicator with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Team player with fortitude and tact, ensuring accountability in pre-construction services for client satisfaction
