Requirements for Senior Estimator:

• Experience on an estimating or precon team with a prime/general contractor
• Project experience in the $5M-$30M range
• Negotiated work experience is a must
• Some field and/or operations experience is a strong plus; estimating team works closely with operations
• Familiar with private commercial work, some public/municipal, new construction, TI, renovations and high-end interiors
