Additional requirements for Senior Estimator:

• 8-10 years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Familiarity with industrial construction, including panel and tilt-up formats and office fit-outs
• Project experience ranging from $10 million to $40 million+ in value
• Experience with Hospitality (Medical, Country Club) construction is a bonus
• Must be able to commute to office in Wayne, NJ daily
