Requirements for Senior Estimator:

• 10+ years’ preconstruction experience on design/build private projects $75M and above
• 3+ years’ experience on medical projects in the California market (OSHPD)
• Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients
• Effectively manage and interact with project teams
• Able to pass a full background check, reference check, and drug screening
