• Experience on ground-up projects in the $20M+ range
• 10+ years’ experience in estimating, budgeting, contract buyouts, subcontractor coordination and leadership
• Strong conceptual estimating and detailed takeoffs
• 4-year degree preferred
• Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screen
