What an ideal Senior Project Manager candidate can bring to the table:

• 4 year degree is strongly preferred
• Must be adept with Primavera 6, MS Project and other key construction software
• A full complement of construction skills are necessary for success, including an understanding of blueprints and design, scheduling and buyout
