Here’s an immediate opportunity allowing a Vice President autonomy in the way they run their portfolio and help to grow the construction platform for an Orange County based Developer/ Builder of multifamily affordable housing projects in Los Angeles.

An ideal candidate for this Vice President role will be a thoroughly experienced professional who knows ground-up and large scale rehab of affordable housing projects in L.A., along with an understanding of all ADA requirements involved with housing.
Additional requirements for Vice President:
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience overall; minimum of 5 years as a PM
- Extensive experience building Affordable Housing in L.A. County
- Degree in a related field preferred
- Detail oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a person who can find solutions when issues arise
- Ability to pass background screening
