• 5+ years as a lead superintendent in commercial construction
• Grocery, retail and mixed-use project experience preferred
• Ability to successfully run a 3 week look ahead schedule while managing subcontractors and projects
• Effective time management, quality and safety skills
• OSHA 10 or better; ability to conduct safety meetings
