The ideal candidate for this role will appreciate a responsive leadership team who is dedicated to their customers and employees, and is always asking “Did we do enough?”

Locally owned and managed with a wide range of financial services, this “crazy clean” bank has strong core deposits and a great reputation with clients, sitting at $500M in assets in their 80+ years in business.

What an ideal candidate would bring to the table:

• Must have community bank experience
• Backend experience with doc preparation, booking, funding, closing of commercial and some mortgage loans
• Management experience to oversee a team of 7+ employees
• Strategic and tech-minded would be a strong plus
• Must currently work for a Bank or Credit Union
• Mortgage candidates will not be considered for this position
