What an ideal Sr. Estimating and Purchasing Manager candidate can bring to the table:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience estimating and purchasing on ground-up, high-end and luxury projects
• The ability to sit down with notable owners and clients, Architects and others to lay out cost and timeline on projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Degree preferred
