Requirements for Superintendent:

• 5+ years of commercial Superintendent experience
• Experience with PEMB and Auto Collision Centers a plus
• Ground up an Demo/Remodel experience
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced schedule and onsite subs
• Procore and other industry standard software knowledge
