Requirements for Superintendent:

• 5+ years’ Commercial Construction experience as a Superintendent
• Ground-up and Remodel/TI project experience up to $10M
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Great client, sub and team relationship skills
• Ability to work multiple small projects a plus
