Additional requirements for this Superintendent opportunity:
- 3+ years’ multifamily and residential construction experience in a Superintendent role
- Low-income or affordable housing experience a plus
- Ground-up, demolition and remodel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as Procore, scheduling and project estimates
