Additional requirements for this Superintendent opportunity:

• 3+ years’ multifamily and residential construction experience in a Superintendent role
• Low-income or affordable housing experience a plus
• Ground-up, demolition and remodel experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as Procore, scheduling and project estimates
