Additional Requirements for Superintendent:

• 5+ years' Superintendent experience overseeing commercial ground-up and on-site projects
• Multifamily and Assisted Living project experience in the $7M to $50M range
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage subs and schedules
• Must be willing to travel
