This multi-state Developer/Builder is looking for a Superintendent who is open to travel throughout California!

Continuing to grow in the development and re-development of large projects throughout the nation, this great name in the industry has the resources and stability to provide its employees and clients with long-term consistency.  They need a Superintendent with experience on at least three large concrete tilt projects who is excited at the opportunity to build notable projects with a reputable organization.  An ideal candidate for this role will appreciate the professional and collaborative teams, open communication, career growth and bonus opportunities this company has to offer.

What an ideal Superintendent candidate can bring to the table:

• 15 years’ experience on large ground-up projects at $20M+ in value
• Well-organized with developed computer literacy and excellent communication skills
• Must have a stable work history, strong industry references and the ability to pass a full background check and drug screen
• Willing to travel throughout California
