Additional requirements for Superintendent:

• Minimum of 10 years’ construction experience on large commercial projects including auto dealerships, grocery stores and similar projects
• Must be able to travel through Central and Southern California
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Developed computer skills
• Strong, verifiable industry references and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen
