This construction firm needs an experienced Superintendent to serve a strong and growing backlog of projects and earn a place in the company hierarchy!
Known for its family style environment and strong backlog of work, including auto dealerships, grocery stores, medical and large commercial and retail construction, this leading GC is looking for a Superintendent which can travel throughout Central and Southern California and successfully drive projects to the finish line. Additional requirements for Superintendent:
- Minimum of 10 years’ construction experience on large commercial projects including auto dealerships, grocery stores and similar projects
- Must be able to travel through Central and Southern California
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Developed computer skills
- Strong, verifiable industry references and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen
