The ideal candidate for the Superintendent position must have strong blueprint reading skills and solid MEP knowledge, and will include per diem if you are traveling. 

What an ideal candidate would bring to the table:

• A minimum of 10 years’ overall experience on ground-up projects in the $20M+ range
• 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent
• Must be collaborative and able to drive project schedules
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
