• Minimum 15 years of overall experience and a minimum of 5 as a Super, with at least 5 years on ground-up projects over $30M
• Must be a team player willing to collaborate
• Well organized with strong verbal/written communication skills; knowledgeable in reading blueprints
• Ability to pass a full background check and drug screen
