Offering construction expertise throughout the Western U.S., a rock solid GC has an immediate need for a Superintendent at their location just outside of the Seattle area. The Superintendent will be responsible for all aspects of the job site including coordination of labor and materials, management of the schedule, safety management, and insuring quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in a commercial Superintendent role
• Familiarity with building/construction trades
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the willingness to learn
• Bilingual (Spanish), a plus
• Ability to pass background screening
